Compliance Co-ordinator (Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities Services)

We are looking to recruit an experienced full-time Compliance Coordinator in our Bristol Office in Warmley.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all PPM activity across our clients’ buildings, ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations
  • Analyse and report any service failures
  • Accurate and timely production of management reports
  • Assist in producing monthly compliance reporting to clients providing an executive summary of works undertaken, risks & general contract overview of the previous month
  • Reports to the senior management team for assessment of our KPI
  • Manage all data input/flow into and out of Simpro.
  • Work with Simpro to build a suite of standard compliance reports that can be sent periodically to our clients
  • Ensure all compliance certification is tracked and quality checked prior to submission to our client base ensuring we are compliant and within the statutory completion dates
  • Develop and coordinate action plans to implement any improvement initiatives
  • Ensure site files are up to date
  • Ensure compliance reports are completed for each site as required
  • Asset Data Collection & CAFM system input (in-house & 3rd party) to allow real-time tracking

  • Ability to cost-effectively supervise and manage resources available to achieve a high level of service across the portfolio
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements
  • Ability to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure utilising excellent time management to assess and prioritise essential tasks
  • Self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft, Word, Exel and Outlook
